Camper & Nicholsons Marinas Sponsor IWMC 2011, Singapore
Marina management and investment company Camper & Nicholsons Marinas International Ltd have signed up as Silver Sponsor of the 2011 ICOMIA World Marinas Conference, taking place from 10-12 May in Singapore, where CEO Nick Maris will also be speaking about increasing activities in Asia.
Camper & Nicholsons is widely recognised to be one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious yachting business names in the industry, with origins dating back to 1782; specialising in marina investments and waterfront development for over 40 years and providing services to clients in more than 25 countries worldwide. Currently with operational marinas in Malta, Grenada, Italy, Turkey, Egypt and the Caribbean, previous projects have included operation of the 450 berth Gocek Marina in Turkey, project support with architects and property appraisal for the design concept at Trogir Marina, Croatia (700 berths) and redevelopment of Gosport Marina in the UK to provide improved services, more berths and residential units.

Hosted every three years by ICOMIA (International Council of Marine Industry Associations), the ICOMIA World Marinas Conference brings together leading figures from the global marinas industry including marina owners and suppliers to network, discuss and debate key topics in the industry. This year’s conference is also supported by SBIA (Singapore Boating Industry Association), HISWA (Holland Marine Industry Association), International Marina Institute, Marina Industries Association of Australia, the Italian Marinas Association and the Yacht Harbour Association.
