With the first homeowners already living in their homes, Porto Montenegro continues with the development of its nautical village.

Two new buildings and an exciting array of shops, restaurants, cafés and amenities are scheduled for next spring, with construction progressing on schedule:

Zeta Residences

Structural works are up to the top floor and the private resident’s pool is in place and concreted. With its desirable mountain view residences, only a few units are still available.

Ozana Residences

Ozana enjoys spectacular views over Jetty 1 and Venice Square and features waterfront apartments and primary retail space. Construction is almost completed.

Lido Mar

Porto Montenegro’s exciting Lido Mar is taking shape. Designed by world-renowned London architect Richard Hywel Evans, the 64m overwater pool will offer sunbeds, a lively bar, and guest DJs. Masonry works for the structure are almost completed and the installation of pool services is ongoing.

New Residential Releases

The preparatory works for our next 2 buildings have commenced, with a wait-list for apartments already in place. These waterfront and promenade buildings will feature studios, 1-4 bedroom apartments and duplexes.
