Porto Cupecoy is offering mega yacht slips for purchase at its new marina village, opening in December 2009, which will be the only resort-style marina catering to mega yachts on St. Maarten in the Caribbean. To celebrate the launch of these slips, Porto Cupecoy is offering a free residence with the purchase of a mega yacht slip.

A selected number of units are available for consumers who purchase one of the marina’s 11 mega yacht slips, which can accommodate vessels up to 300 feet in length. This one-time-only offer is valid on purchases made between October 1, 2009 and January 29, 2010 with mega yacht slip prices varying from $1.5 to 3.0 million.

Porto Cupecoy marina management will also facilitate the rental of unoccupied slips on behalf of their owners. With this unique marina model – the only one on the island to operate in this manner – slip owners will be able to earn residual revenue from the rental process when they are at sea.
