Turkish yachts exhibited in Monaco

Turkish-made luxury yachts will be exhibited at the Monaco Boat Show Fair from Sept. 23 to 26.

Seven Turkish yachts, manufactured in the southern province of Antalya, will be on display in the Monaco Boat Show, one of the biggest fairs of Europe.

Zeki Gà¼rses, the head of Antalya Free Zone Corp., said the fair brought together the world’s yacht producers and purchasers.

“Four of the Turkish companies attending the fair from the Antalya Free Zone will exhibit seven yachts, » Gà¼rses said. “Thanks to the fair, we will have the opportunity to promote yachts produced with the efforts of Turkish workers.”

Turkey and the southern city of Antalya have rapidly become a global center for yacht companies who are taking advantage of a qualified but cheap labor force.
